Das Training zielt darauf ab, Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen der Führungskräfte und Fachleuten der Lebensmittelindustrie, die ihr Lebensmittelsicherheitssystem mit ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 oder früheren Versionen des BRC/IFS-Systems auf die Anforderungen des Standards IFS Food v. 6.1 verbessern, Einzelhandel, Beratungsunternehmen, Bildungseinrichtungen usw.  zu erhöhen. In zugänglicher Form zeigen wir in praktischen Beispielen, wie das Lebensmittelsicherheitssystem nach den Anforderungen des International Food Standard funktionieren soll, und geben Informationen, wie das Lebensmittelsicherheitssystem verbessert werden kann.
