Training on the course “IFS Food v.6.1 Course for Internal Auditors” took place on November 8-9, 2028 in Lviv.

Given the limited offering for training courses in this direction in Ukraine, it was very useful and informative to get information on the features of the construction of the IFS Food v.6.1 system and standard conceptual changes.

Competent and experienced speaker Ulyana Litvin managed to organize training in the form of a “round table”, which allowed all participants not only to discuss the requirements of the standard and the ways of their implementation, as well as share experience gained in the implementation of quality and safety systems at other enterprises.

The methodical materials, which accompany the training briefly and meaningful provide information that can be used practically for implementation of IFS Food v.6.1 requirements at any food enterprises.

Despite the great practical experience of the participants in the training, sure, that the knowledge, recommendations, and practical skills gained during the training will be useful and informative for us with the constant updating and improvement of the food safety systems of the enterprise.
