VALOPACK – Biogas Filtration
After drying, the biogas must be purified from harmful impurities such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), siloxanes and volatile organic compounds. For this purpose, the VALOPACK unit is used, equipped with highly efficient activated carbon filters.

How does the system work?

The gas passes through two tanks with activated carbon, where the pollutants are adsorbed. After this, the biogas is further purified using a dust filter with a pore size of 3 microns, which traps small particles.

The advantages of VALOPACK:

The ability to change the direction of the gas flow for more uniform use of carbon and an increase in its service life.

Continuous operation without the need to stop the unit to replace filters.

Automatic monitoring of the hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) level, allowing timely detection of carbon saturation and preventing a drop in cleaning efficiency.
VALOPUR – Cleaning biogas to produce biomethane
VALOPUR is a membrane filtration system that allows you to clean biogas and turn it into biomethane (RNG) – an analogue of natural gas suitable for transportation and use in the gas supply network.

How does it work?

Pressurized biogas passes through several membrane stages, each of which separates carbon dioxide (CO₂) and other unwanted components, leaving behind highly concentrated methane (CH₄).

Advantages of the VALOPUR system:

Automatic adaptation to changes in the composition and volume of biogas.

Compact design, simplifying installation and operation.

Possibility of increasing the system capacity by adding additional membranes.

VALOPUR DFM – Compact solution for biogas purification

VALOPUR DFM is an upgraded version of VALOPUR, providing the same benefits, but in a more compact format, making it convenient for placement in limited areas.

Features of VALOPUR DFM:

Use of modern membranes with high gas separation accuracy.

Compact design, allowing the equipment to be placed even on small production sites.

Skid-mounted, which simplifies installation, movement and integration into existing systems.

Performance depends on configuration:

One skid – from 150 to 600 Nm³/h.

Two frames – from 650 to 750 Nm³/h.

Conversion of biogas to biomethane or LNG

VALOPUR enables efficient conversion of biogas into biomethane (RNG), which can either be fed into the gas grid or liquefied (LNG) for further transportation.

Key benefits:

An environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels, helping to reduce CO2 emissions.

Ability to operate in both small plants (40 Nm³/h) and large industrial complexes (up to 3,500 Nm³/h).

A fully automated control system that allows monitoring and optimizing the plant’s operation in real time.

High-tech cleaning system

Since 2014, VALOPUR technology has been using advanced membranes that provide biogas purification with an efficiency of up to 99.8%. This allows for the production of biomethane that fully complies with gas supply standards.

Flexibility and adaptation

Each plant is designed to meet individual customer requirements, which allows for the best possible operating efficiency. The real-time monitoring system allows you to track all key parameters and remotely control the cleaning process.
VALOGAZ – Biogas Cooling and Drying
Biogas leaving the digester contains a large amount of moisture, which makes it unsuitable for further use. The VALOGAZ unit solves this problem by cooling the gas to +5°C. As a result of this process, moisture condenses and is removed, providing a drier gas that can be effectively used in the next stages of purification.

Why is biogas drying necessary?

If biogas is not dried, it can lead to corrosion of equipment, a decrease in the efficiency of the entire system and the formation of unwanted deposits. Therefore, the cooling process is critical.

Key features of VALOGAZ:

Smooth 316L stainless steel tubes reduce gas flow resistance and prevent condensation inside the pipeline.

Two coolers stabilize the temperature, ensuring reliable operation even when weather conditions or biogas composition change.

A built-in blower helps move the gas to the next filtration stage, increasing the overall efficiency of the system.
VALOTHERM – Using biogas for heating
VALOTHERM is a biogas boiler designed to heat water used in the heating system of a digester. Maintaining a stable temperature inside the digester is necessary for the efficient operation of bacteria that decompose organic waste and produce biogas.

Key features of VALOTHERM:

Use of heat from biogas combustion and compressor operation for maximum energy efficiency.

Configuration flexibility – the system is individually selected for the operating conditions of each facility.

Possibility of integration with other heat recovery systems for optimal energy distribution.
